Review your medications with a pharmacist to better understand your regimen. We’ll send you a welcome kit and $25 gift card for completing this important step.
3.
Use the app to submit short, daily video check-ins. Your coach is with you every step of the way to discuss any medication challenges.
4.
Complete 60 days of the program to receive a second $25 gift card*. Your care team will continue to keep in touch and support you.
