Count them on one hand: interesting, small-to-medium sized Baltimore companies showing promise for the coming year. The Baltimore Business Journal named emocha Health to it’s top five list of companies. These companies are “either coming off significant years or preparing for major changes.” emocha, the reporter noted, has a big opportunity given CMS’s recent approval of remote therapeutic monitoring codes.
