The leading medication engagement company was selected from thousands of companies as a quarterfinalist in two categories.
BALTIMORE, Aug. 31, 2023 — Leading medication engagement company, Scene Health, announced today that it has been selected as a quarterfinalist in the 2023 Digital Health Awards in the Rising Star track for the Next-Gen Telemedicine category and the Best in Class track for the Health Equity category.
The Digital Health Hub Foundation’s Digital Health Awards identify the most innovative digital health companies. Scene was selected from thousands of disruptive, impactful digital health companies and evaluated by a panel of esteemed judges.
"This recognition is a testament to Scene Health's commitment to innovation and impact and reaffirms our dedication to revolutionizing medication engagement and advancing health equity," said Sebastian Seiguer, Scene's Co-Founder & CEO.
The award will be presented before healthcare industry senior leaders at the Digital Health Awards Grand Finale event at HLTH 2023 in Las Vegas.
"This year has been our most competitive yet as we've received a great surge in submissions, numbering in the thousands, pouring in from companies around the world. We are so impressed by the pioneering work in digital health happening on a global scale. Congratulations to all of our quarterfinalists on their notable success,” said Mark Goldstein, Founder and Chairman of the Digital Health Hub Foundation.
Scene's medication engagement program scales and enhances the inpatient standard for medication adherence, Directly Observed Therapy, to go beyond ensuring medication adherence by building trust-filled relationships with patients to identify and address SDOH-related barriers to adherence, provide medication education, enable linkages to care, establish connections to necessary equipment and tests, and follow up to verify that prescribed medications are working as intended.
As the only solution on the market to offer a holistic model of care that harnesses the power of meaningful connections to inspire and enable better health through medication engagement and support, Scene’s MedEngagement program is leading the way to a healthier future.
